We’re not just a gym – we’re a sports centre – so there’s plenty here to get you started.
As a member, you can work out in two gyms, or if building muscle is your goal, head to the weights room.
You’ll also have access to the pool, can use the sports hall for a game of five-a-side or basketball, or take part in exercise classes.
On top of that, there’s also tennis and badminton, so you’ll be able to enjoy some social or competitive racquet action.
Smashing a rubber ball against a wall is a great way to exercise away some frustration while getting fit, so why not get into squash?
We have four courts available to members in our pavilion, with a club evening hosted each Thursday. If you want to brush up on your forehand, we can also offer individual coaching and there’s a league for people seeking competition.
