We’re not just a gym – we’re a sports centre – so there’s plenty here to get you started.

As a member, you can work out in two gyms, or if building muscle is your goal, head to the weights room.

You’ll also have access to the pool, can use the sports hall for a game of five-a-side or basketball, or take part in exercise classes.

On top of that, there’s also tennis and badminton, so you’ll be able to enjoy some social or competitive racquet action.



If you’re considering getting in shape, it’s likely that at some point you’re going to try to work up a sweat with a classic gym workout.

There’s plenty of resistance equipment to help you feel that satisfying burn in your muscles. Alternatively, you could try some cardio exercise on the rowing, running or cross-training machines.

For those who favour something a little heavier, the free weights room is an ideal place to sculpt those biceps.
